He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harrison Wilder and Paralee Marcle Wilder. He is survived by: his wife Mabel Marie Cope Wilder; and his sons, Dennis (Linda Wilder) and Marvin (Cathy Wilder). He is also survived by five grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
