He was predeceased by: his parents, Murphy Roscoe Hefner and Rita Muriel Fagan Hefner. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Setzer Hefner; his daughter Celeste Crump; his granddaughters, Alyssa Hull (Daniel) of Hickory and Kylie Crump; his great grandchild Charlotte Hull; and his sisters, Linda Trussell and Juley Ausmus. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
