He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Gribble, Sr. and Mary Kathleen Ridenhour Gribble; and his brother Richard Conrad Gribble. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Martin Gribble (Judy), John William Gribble (Barbara), James Davis Gribble (Lillian), Thomas Edward Gribble (Glenda), Joe Dallas Gribble (Beth), Mary Margaret Gribble McSwain and Susan Jane Gribble Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
