She was predeceased by: her parents, Justine Jarrett (Haines) and Charles Jarrett; her husband Joseph "JD"; and her brothers, Carl and Philip.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Jan) of Takoma Park, MD, Renee Pennebacker (Paige) of Wilmington, NC and Nicole Lee (Dylan) of Wilmington, NC; her grandsons, Taran and Nicholas Pennebacker; her brother Charles "Davey" Jarrett of Hollidaysburg; her siblings-in-law, Martha (Lastort) and Mickey Paris of Altoona; and her close friend Marie Petro.
