He is survived by: his mother Gertrude Shook Aikens of Trinity; his wife Janet Anderson Aikens; his daughter Brandi Hedgecock (Mike) of Trinity; his siblings, Keith Aikens (Wanda) of Trinity, Andy Aikens (Carolyn) of Trinity, Beverly Morgan (Dennis) of High Point and Kim Ingram (Junior) of Archdale; and his grandchildren, Haley Hedgecock, Morgan Hedgecock, Addison Hedgecock and Gracie Whetsel.
