She was predeceased by: her parents, Clay Lewis Suggs and Viola Lucille Freedle Suggs; her husband Gerald Lewis Lowman; and her brothers, Michael Clay Suggs and Lewis Lynn Suggs.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia "Cindy" Queen (Roger) of Archdale; her grandsons, Quentin Charles Queen (Christina) and Hayden Clay Queen; her great grandchildren, Gage Carter Queen and Samuel Monroe; and her niece Trudy Rae Suggs.
