She was predeceased by: her husband James Phillip Dorsett. She is survived by: her parents, Harvey Adams and Elizabeth Forbis Adams of Asheboro; her sons, Jay Dorsett of Trinity and Russell Dorsett of Asheboro; and her brothers, Douglas Adams (Dawn) of Greensboro and Brooks Adams of Durham.
