It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Carpenter of Trinity, North Carolina, born in Murphy, North Carolina, who passed away on October 19, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Julius Killian and Pearl Decker Killian; her children, Celeste Bodenhamer of Trinity and Al Reddick of Archdale; her sister Helen Bryant of Thomasville; her grandchildren, Ashely Mize (Anson), Nathan Reddick and Paige Hudson; her great grandchildren, Caleb and Ansley; her niece Sherrie Wagoner; and her husband Danny Carpenter.
