He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Frazier Hall of Archdale; his wife Michele McDonald Hall; his daughter Caroline McDonald (Zachary Scott); his sisters, Sherri Cole of High Point and Brenda Davis of Clemmons; his siblings-in-law, Beth Johnson of Madison and Jonathan Spencer (Chelcie) of Asheville; his nieces and nephews, Hunter Cole, Shane Davis (Lesann), Kara Thornton (Scott), Heath Davis, Jamey Johnson, Cayden Spencer and Kirstin Jones; his great-nephew Elliott; and his niece Diana Croll.
