He was predeceased by: his mother Joann Wood Fife. He is survived by: his father Andrew Martin Butcher (Vickie); his brothers, Andrew Butcher (Elizabeth), Timmy Butcher (Jamie) and Christopher Simpson (Jennifer); his daughter Rebecca Young (Erica); and his pet Mia.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Hospice Organization of the donor's choice.
