She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert and Flora Jane Carmichael Spencer; her son-in-law Jamie Jones; her siblings, Irene Farlow, Betty Lou Small, Jeanette Tucker, Harold Spencer and Robert Spencer; and her siblings-in-law, Doris Spencer, Joe Farlow, Clyde Small, Jack Smith and Bill Teal.
She is survived by: her husband William Robert Nooe; her children, Ron Nooe (Gail) of Trinity and Trish Nooe Jones of Sophia; her grandchildren, Paula Nooe Byerly (Heath) of Trinity and Kirstin Jones of Archdale; her great grandchild Elliott Jones; her sister Janice Smith of Archdale; and her brother-in-law Raeford Tucker of Thomasville. She is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews.
