She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Collins and Verta Nunn Collins; and her son Franklin Isley. She is survived by: her husband Charles G. Brown; her children, Robin Poole of Trinity, Kim Hancock (Scott) of Asheboro and Jeff Isley (Cindy) of Hallsboro; and her stepchildren, Pam Simmons of Trinity, Joy Hedgecock (Dan) of Trinity, Felicia Major (David) of Trinity and Jerry Brown (Debbie) of Sanford. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and six step-great-grandchildren.
