It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Martin Jones of Trinity, North Carolina, born in Chariton, Iowa, who passed away on June 11, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Clarence; her former husbands, Samuel Martin and Clarence Jones; her sister Irma Lawrence; her children-in-law, Janie I. Martin, Howard George, Jr. and Kermit Owens; and her grandson Jan "Pete" Gray Hinshaw, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Stephen S. Martin of Rockwell, Aurelia M. Hepler (Michael) of High Point, Rita C. Quinn (James) of High Point, Esther George Owens of Archdale and Edna M. Dezern (Jeff) of Lexington; and her grandchildren, Marla Ann Harwell (Troy), Leah Kathleen Martin (Kellie), Howard Gray George III (Heather), Kenneth Martin George (Sally), Alex Owens Raymundo, James Derek Shell (Tera) and David Andrew Baity (Kasey). She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
