She was predeceased by: her parents, Rome Lackey and Carrie Moose Lackey; her husband Vernon Shaw; her brothers, Don Lackey and Jerry Lackey; and her granddaughter Amy Parrish.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Stewart, Danny Shaw (Terry) and Janice Parrish (Troy); her siblings, Judy Bess and David Lackey (Margaret); her grandchildren, Donnie Coltrane (Melissa), Jennifer McDaniel (Todd), Damon Coltrane (Kassidy), Jason Parrish (Alexandra), Kelly Shaw and Keith Shaw (Beth); her great grandchildren, Nathan, Noah, Caroline, Katherine, Sarah and John; her great great grandchildren, Maddy and Emmy; and her sister-in-law JoAnn Lackey.
