He is survived by: his parent Versie Bazen; his wife Doris Simmons Bazen; his children, Teresa Wilson (Jeff), Chris Bazen and Scott Bazen; his grandchildren, Shawn Bazen (Kelly), Jacob Briles (Caroline), Ashley Serrano (Josh), Chad Bazen (Amber), Jessica Bolton (Trevor), Misty Robertson (Josh), Lindsey Bazen (John Buchser), Cameron Bazen, Trevor Bazen, Matthew Jones (Kandace), Brittany Lax and Zach Lax; his great grandchildren, Kristen Bazen, Seth Bazen, Charlotte Serrano, Waylon Bolton, Mason Robertson, Aubree Robertson, Kaylee Robertson, Zoee Robertson, Maverick Robertson, Ella Jones and Liam Jones; and his brother Howard Bazen (Melanie).
