She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Franklin Childers and Thelma Leona Sipe Childers; and her siblings, Franklin Childers, David Childers and Kim Leigh Childers.
She is survived by: her siblings, Tony Childers (Sherlene) of Hickory, Kevin Childers of Hickory, Glenda Martin of Hickory, Katie Childers of Bethlehem, Jewell Coulter of Conover, Ruie Jones (Adrian) of Hickory, Cheryl Sigmon of Conover and Tinita Stoker (Scott) of Hickory; her aunt Ann; and her uncle Wayne Sipe. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
