He was predeceased by: his father Larry Lee Belk, Sr.; and his pet Lady Onyx Noir. He is survived by: his mother Roberta Wade Belk of Greensboro; his wife Kimberly Belk; his brothers, Woodie Belk of Greensboro and Robert Wade (Barbara) of Idaho; and his pets, Thad and Jenny.
