He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Richard Frazier and Bonnie Louise Fields Frazier; and his sister Brenda Allen. He is survived by: his wife Debra Walton Frazier; his children, Gary Frazier of Trinity and Melissa Shepherd (Brian) of Thomasville; his siblings, Terry Frazier, Sam Frazier (Karen) and Janice Small (Tommy); his grandchildren, Blake and Luke; and his nieces and nephews, Shawn Routh, Donnette Ossler, Sharon Frazier, Mark Allen and Chris Baldwin.
