He is survived by: his spouse Gail Bailey; his children, Amy Phillips (Gene) of Long Island and Cliff Faulkner of High Point; his sister Ginger Carr (Don) of Gate City, Florida; and his granddaughters, Mindy, Sabrina and Skyler Phillips.
