Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Kathleen leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Hunt Swink and John Swink; and her siblings, Geraldine Cagle, Brenda Billings, Frank Swink and Johnny Swink.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bobby" Cecil; her son Mike Cecil (Christal) of Lexington; her grandsons, Michael "Collin" Cecil and Zach Johnson; and her siblings, Linda Smiley (Benny) and Jerry Swink (Anita).
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jc Green and Sons Chapel (122 W Main St, Thomasville, NC 27360). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
