He is survived by: his wife Vicki Holland Rivers; his son Jonathan Rivers; his stepchildren, Angela Taylor and Eric Letterman; his half-brothers, Tim Lewallen and Scott Lewallen; his stepsister Cathy Lewallen; his granddaughter Desiree Rivers; and his stepgrandchildren, Sabrina Taylor, Asa Letterman and Katelyn Letterman.
