He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lee Hearne and Ola Mae Smith Hearne; and his brother Calvin Lamar Hearne. He is survived by: his wife Sybil Harley Hearne; and his sons, John Hearne (Deb) of New London, NC and Jeffrey Hearne (Kathy) of New London, NC. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
