She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Franklin Smith and Sudie Morgan Smith. She is survived by: her sister Joyce King (Bill) of Asheboro; her niece Kristi King (John Askea) of Asheboro; her nephew Ken King (Michelle) of Staley; her great-nephews, Ryan King, Chandler King and Mason King; and her close friend Brenda Mabe Miller.
