He is survived by: his wife Linda Womack Lackey; his children, Thomas Lackey (Cheryl), Jeffrey Lackey (Shannon), Darrell Lackey (Selena), Maddox Tollison, Rose Jarmon (Jesse) and Gabryelle Tollison; his grandchildren, Brandon, Justin, David, Dustin H., Corrie, Lauren, Christian, Andrea, Daniel, Kassidy, Gary, Taylor, Lillie, Josiah and Joshua; and his great grandchildren, Hampton, Haven, Noah, Josiah, Isaac, Storie, Dodge, Addie, Bishop, Easton, Grayson, Kaylee, Connor, Jacob, Kacie, Kyrstin, Gabriel, Dustin and Elora.
