She was predeceased by: her husband Spencer Crutchfield; her son Michael E. Crutchfield; her siblings, Jacqueline Carson, Paula Andris, Betty Sprinkle and Jim Alspaugh; her sister-in-law Hazel Alspaugh; and her son-in-law Kris Abshire.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Crutchfield (Bob), Anne Sellars (Bill) and Gina Abshire; her grandchildren, Jessica, Nathan, Daniel, Katie, Rachel, Ethan, Erica and Kristopher; her great grandchildren, Blake, Savannah, Paisley and Aiden; and her godchild Linda Chris. She is also survived by many special friends; a number of special nieces and nephews.
