He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Lucas and Ollie C. Pinion; and his stepfather D. Cline Pinion. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Pinion; his children, Wayne Pinion (Jan) of New London and Wendy Eudy (Mike) of Albemarle; his grandchildren, Jessica Dampier (Shaun), Trey Pinion (Whitleigh), Lindsey Chilton (Zac) and Stephen Eudy (Shelly); and his great grandchildren, Kylar Pinion, Avaleigh Pinion, Layla Dampier, Alex Dampier, Cooper Chilton, Gage Eudy and Cleo Carter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Prospect Baptist Church, Albemarle or Gideons International.
