He was predeceased by: his parent Odell Mashburn; and his brother Steve Edward Mashburn. He is survived by: his mother Clova Lee Mashburn of Trinity; his wife Dianne Bunn Mashburn; his children, Deana Hedrick (Rodney) and Zachary Mashburn (Laura); his grandchildren, Haley Hedrick, Kaylee Hedrick and Bailey Hedrick; his brothers, James Mashburn of Trinity, Jerry Mashburn (Peggy) of Randleman, Dale Mashburn (Libby) of Thomasville and Dean Mashburn (Jennifer) of Pawleys Island; and his sister-in-law Ellen Jordan Mashburn of High Point. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
