It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Essie Moore of Trinity, North Carolina, who passed away on February 19, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Fred Scott, Sr. and Grace Irene Vetito Scott; and her siblings, Cecil Fred Scott, Jr. and Etta Jean Reynolds. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Moore of Trinity and Joetta Canaan (Dave) of Charlotte; her sister Reva Willett of Greensboro; and her grandchildren, Logan and Jackson.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Piedmont or the American Cancer Society.
