She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Barger and Ida Mae Barger; her husband Kenneth Lee Icard; her son-in-law Curtis Everette Church; her grandson Ethan Lee Church; and her siblings, Ruth Starnes, Mary Bolick, Beulah Cline, Lois Simmons, Margaret Hefner, Helen Propst, Claude, Ralph, John and George Barger.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Baker (Steve) and Donna Church (David "Squirell"); her grandsons, Mark Baker (Christine), Mason Baker (Kristen) and Logan Church; and her great grandchildren, Jayda, Kinley, Madelyn and Gage. She is also survived by grandson on the way as well as nieces and nephews.
