She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Hazzard and Laura Webber Hazzard; her daughter Joan Lynn; and her siblings, Virginia Ellington Englert, Albert Hazzard, Blanche Broadway Futo, Arthur Hazzard, Marion Hazzard, Franklin Hazzard and Faye Hoglen Kee.

She is survived by: her spouse Jesse C. Milligan of Trinity, NC; her children, Myra Ann Toth (Augustine), Dr. Robin Milligan (Pamela Milligan) and Jill M. Balik (James); and her sisters-in-law, Jean Hazzard, Dainese Hazzard and Ruth Helen Hazzard Noland. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
