He is survived by: his parents, John Austin Welborn of Trinity and Brenda Kinley Welborn of Trinity; his fiancée Aileen Penny of Trinity; his daughters, Whitney Paige Welborn of Trinity and Kylie Brooke Welborn of Florida; his sister Deborah Welborn Haynes (Ray) of Trinity; his grandsons, Brady Hardy and Braxton Hardy; and his stepchildren, Robert Penny, Lauren Penny, Colin Erickson, Payton Erickson and Jace Penny.
