He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Ervin Sigmon Jr. and Reba Seline Dixon. He is survived by: his children, Melanie Cook (Kelly) and Richard Sigmon of Hickory; his grandchildren, Ethan Sigmon and Sydney Johnson; his sister-in-law Judy Stafford of Hickory; his nephew Tony Stafford of Hickory; his wife Shirley Moose Sigmon; and his daughter Melinda Sigmon Linder.
