It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Darrell Goins (Trinity, North Carolina), born in Thomasville, North Carolina, who passed away on December 12, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Wilson and Annie Ruth Steed Goins; and his son Christopher Goins. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Newman Goins; his sons, Richard A. Goins (Christa) of Moore and Robert D. Goins of Mesa, Arizona; his grandchildren, Rashelle Briggs (Jared) and Emma Jane Goins; his great grandchild Beckam Longest; and his siblings, Mary Wanda Granger (Jeff) of Thomasville, Richard Goins (Sherry) of Trinity, Tim Goins (Brenda) of Thomasville and Marvin "Chuck" Goins (Cathy) of Galax, Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
