It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Adams Boone of Trinity, North Carolina, born in Benson, North Carolina, who passed away on January 11, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Monroe Adams and Lillie Raynor Adams; and her siblings, Clarence Adams, Ruth Adams McLamb, Grace Adams Barbour and Hazel Adams Thornton.
She is survived by: her children, James Boone, Jr. (Linden) of Wilmington and Lynne Boone; her grandchildren, Scott Boone of Austin, TX and Peggy Boone Wilcox (Bob) of Carlsbad, CA; and her sister Edna Adams Matthis of Clinton, NC. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
