We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2018, at the age of 95, Carrie Lou Battle (Trinity, North Carolina), born in Marietta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent John Anthony; her husband Resie Battle; her stepmother Thelma Anthony; her children, Janice Davis, Edith Battle, John Battle, Harry Lee Davis and Joe Watson; and her son-in-law Robert Belo.
She is survived by: her parent Ophelia Anthony; and her children, Carolyn B. Belo of Trinity, Wilbur Battle (Hilda) of Trinity and William Battle (Jackie) of Randallstown, Maryland. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
