He was predeceased by: his parents, Mansel H. Elliott and Annie Purser Elliott; and his sisters, Ruth E. Lilly and Doris E. Locklear. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Parrish Elliott; his daughter Judith "Judy" E. Bouldin (Phillip) of Trinity; his grandsons, Stephen Baker of Trinity and Peter Baker (Sara) of Eden; and his great grandchildren, Caroline and Kaitlyn Baker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
