Betty Theresa Laney Carter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2020, at the age of 88, Betty Theresa Laney Carter of Trinity, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Pritchard Laney and Mattie Beatrice Lawing Laney; her husband James Clyde Carter; and her sister Ruth Hilda Bumgarner. She is survived by: her son-in-law Fred Dalrymple; her daughters, Cindy C. Setzer (Emmitt Perkins) of Lincolnton, Susan C. Dalrymple (Fred) of Lincolnton and Fran C. Nelson of Charlotte; and her brother Roger Laney of Maiden. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
