She was predeceased by: her parents, Grayson L. Spencer and Arlene Brookshire Spencer. She is survived by: her sons, Chuck Byrum of Trinity and Michael Byrum of Trinity; her stepsons, Randy Carter (Destiny) of Liberty, Rodney Carter and Jesse Carter (Sarah) of Trinity; her half-sister Alice Lee; her grandsons, Joe and Jeffrey; and her daughter-in-law Joann Byrum of Greensboro.
