He was predeceased by: his parents, Stacy Hilliard and Reba Cook Hilliard; and his brother Billy Hilliard. He is survived by: his wife Linda Gray Carter Hilliard; his children, Benny Wayne Hilliard, Jr. of Cornelius, Cynthia Brock (Elliott) of Trinity and Chandau Dean (Alan) of Trinity; his stepson Kevin Greene (Rhea) of High Point; his sister Lucille Kiziah of High Point; his grandchildren, Caleb Reed, Joshua Reed, Reba Dean, Haley Brock and Delaney Brock; and his great grandchildren, Madison Lainey and Paisley Rae.
