He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Ed Miller and Brian Clark Ice. He is survived by: his parents, Bo Harp and Rebecca "Becky" Miller; his brother Charles Brannon Harp; his grandparents, Susan Ice, Terri Miller and Charles Harp Sr.; and his uncles, Clark Ice and Jim Miller.

Memorials may be made in Angel's memory to the NICU at Brenners Childrens Hospital, 1 Medical Center Blvd., Winston-Salem, NC, 27157.
