He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Saferight and Wilma Holton Saferight. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Green; his children, Jamie Beck (Donald) of Archdale, Shelly Witcher (Chad) of Trinity and Jayson Saferight (Jennifer) of Archdale; his sisters, Nancy Pegram (Bob) of Greensboro and Jane Pickard (Tommy) of Southmont; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Witcher, Chase Witcher, Sam Beck, Jakob Saferight and Jaxon Saferight.
