He was predeceased by: his father William R. Jenkins; and his brother James Timothy Jenkins. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Jenkins; his sister Katina Chapman; his nieces, Katelyn, Marissa (Kevonte) and Sammia; his siblings, Leslie "Gabby", Jeannie, Billie Jo and Richard "Butch"; and his close friend Kathleen Freel.
