He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilber Garnie and Trudie Stilley Eubanks of Trenton. He is survived by: his children, Doris Leona Eubanks (Archie), William Franklin Eubanks, Leo Bender Eubanks (Ruthie) and Cecil Edward Eubanks; his wife Geraldine; his daughter Renae Eubanks Banks; his grandchildren, Caroline Banks Gibson (Billy Christopher Gibson), Collin Lyndell Banks and Kylee Blaine Thomas of Trenton; his great grandchild Chesson Rae Gibson; his sister-in-law Emma Lee Eubanks of Wilmington; and also Harvey Lyndell Banks (Lynn) of Trenton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Felton's honor to Samaritan's Purse International Relief or Kinston First Pentecostal Holiness Church.
