He was predeceased by: his brother Eric Smith. He is survived by: his parents, James "Jim" R. and Rebecca "Becky" K. Smith (Goeken); his wife Brianna J. VonBehren; his children, Alisha VanderLoop of Bonduel, Ryan Smith (Ashley) of Bonduel, Gracelyn of Trenton, Kayley of Trenton and Evelyn Smith of Trenton; and his grandchildren, Ella, Hadleigh, Hazel, Allen and Rowan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
