She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Kermit Humphrey, Sr. and Velma Elizabeth Harris Humphrey; and her sister Norma. She is survived by: her husband Leslie; her son Bryan of Trenton; her brother Clarence Kermit Humphrey, Jr. of Largo; her cousins, Gwen Clayton of Matthews and Gerald Rouse of Kinston; and her friend Bertha Adams of Trenton.
In lieu of flowers, Patricia requested her beloved church or Shriners Children's Hospital in Greenville, SC be remembered.
