He was predeceased by : his former life partner Diane Moore; his son Chris Moore; his father Alvin Moore; and his sisters, Carol Moore and Darlene Howard.

He is survived by : his wife Kathy "Frog" Moore; his mother Joyce Moore; his children, Bonita Grant (Randy), Kelly Coombs and Shaun Moore (Jodi); and his brothers, Dale Moore and Danny Moore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and special friends.
