He is survived by: his wife Virginia Bullock; and his children, David Justin Bullock of Hazelton, PA, Angela Marie Blee of Sparta, KY, Sandra Michelle Heflin of Pell City, AL and Crystal Lynn Henderson of Trenton. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
