She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Howard. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Turner (Jeff) and Connie Huffman (Kendall); her grandchildren, Phillip Howard (Golonda), Delbert Howard (Mona), Caleb Howard, Franke Howard (Sarah), Doramae Ballance, Joseph Howard, Joshua Turner (Brooke), Jacob Turner (Eliza), Kyle Huffman (Courtney) and Brett Huffman; her great grandchildren, Killian Howard, Connor Howard, Anna Howard, Nevaeh Howard, Wyatt Howard, Ethan Ballance, Scarlett Turner, Coy Turner and Foster Turner; and her caregiver Susan Thorpe.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the Tuckahoe Christian Church (6212 NC-41, Trenton, NC 28585). Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Oak Ridge Memorial Park (985 NC-11, Pink Hill, NC 28572).
