We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2021, at the age of 89, Agnes Phillips of Trenton, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Horace; her parents, Annie Mallard and Rom Mallard; and her brother Graham Mallard. She is survived by: her daughters, Anna Marie Phillips Lassiter (Al) of Trenton, Linda Faye Phillips Griffin (John) of New Bern and Susan Grace Phillips Pickard (Victor) of Hillsborough; her sister Rose Raper of Mt. Olive; her siblings-in-law, Jean Mallard of Kinston, Audrey P. Bray of Cary, William Phillips of Greensboro and Don Phillips (Faye) of Trenton; her grandchildren, Alison Marie Lassiter Strommer of Trenton, Melanie Lauren Lassiter Singh (Sanchit) of New Bern, Adam Christopher Griffin of Van Nuys, CA, Megan Elizabeth Griffin of Durham, Logan Phillips Griffin of New Bern, Benjamin Ellis Pickard (Sydney) of Wake Forest and Melinda Grace Pickard of Wilmington; her great grandchildren, Aiden Phillip Strommer of Trenton and Mia Lauren Singh of New Bern; and her close friends, Barbara, Elizabeth, Angel, Wanda and Doris.
