He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Bullard and Lotus Bullard of New Bern, NC.. He is survived by: his wife Kay Arthur Bullard; his daughters, Lisa B. Mayo (Roger) of New Bern, N. C. and Laurie B. Alejo (Celso) of Wake Forest; his pets, Otto and Rosie; and his siblings, Sharon B. Askew and Richard Bullard of Connecticut.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Ronnie's honor to the Colonial Capital Humane Society.
